Paper flyers are also available at the mail boxes on Hunt and 30th Street as well as a recently installed drop box for your convenience.

We are happy to introduce our new and improved website, email and phone number. In the past it has been very difficult to reach out for any questions or concerns you may have. We made it easier to contact us and our response time will be much quicker. We have dedicated volunteers who donate their time and efforts to make sure everyone in our community has a voice. The Clubhouse
For Our Residents
The Clubhouse provides an area for any large gatherings with all the amenities of home. A huge common area with tables and couches, a full size kitchen, and a game room provides a perfect place for family and friends to meet for parties and gatherings. For inquiries or to reserve a day for your event, please email, call, or grab a reservation request form at the Hunt Street mailboxes.
Rules & Regulations
There are guidelines we ask when using this facility. First, please sign in and out when entering and leaving the clubhouse. This helps us keep track of how many of our residents take advantage of this amenity. Only Pineglen Owners, over 18, are allowed to use our facility. There is an 80 person capacity and there is no smoking or alcohol is allowed at any time. Please clean up after yourself if you host an event and leave it as you found it. When you leave, please make sure all doors are locked, all lights are turned off and you sign out.

There is a small fee for using the Clubhouse based on the number of people in attendance.
